1. Drink more water
Challenge yourself to drink more water daily. Get yourself a cute water bottle to help make drinking water more fun. You can add strawberries, lemons, blueberries, or cucumbers to your water as well!
2. Go to bed and wake up earlier
Quit wasting the whole day sleeping, and start training your body to wake up earlier. Waking up early will reduce your stress level and make you less likely to be late to important events. Start slow. Slowly start training yourself to wake up 15-30 minutes earlier every week. It also helps if you go to bed at about the same time every night.
3. Expand your vocabulary
Studies show that exanding your vocabulary can help you communicate more effectively and improve your self esteem. Plus, you'll just sound fancy and sophisticated.
4. Become more organized
Invest in a new planner, find a phone "reminder" app that works for you, and use the calender on your phone. My personal favorite reminder app is "Alarmed." Uploading your computer files to something like Dropbox or Google Drive can also be helpful in staying organized and will make sharing files 10000% easier. (I personally prefer Google drive)
